Responsibilities
  • Train new hotels in how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site.

  • In consulting with Market Managers and to manage hotel accounts for different enquiries.

  • Prioritize daily task, monitor results and track progress in internal systems.

  • Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.

  • Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions.

  • Participate in market and competition research.

  • Evaluate production and determine follow up action.

  • Prepare reports as necessary.

  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.

  • Communicate efficiently with partners through various communications, phone, email, internal system.

  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.

  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in business development or execution role preferred.

  • Very good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.

  • Demonstrates basic computer skills (PowerPoint / Excel)

  • Strong Team Player with high level of dedication and goal-oriented person.

  • Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decision

  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
