Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

Work with Market Development Manager on the acquisition of new sites, including trade zone studies, pipeline review, feasibility study, financial analysis and new store approval package
Review store performance and negotiate lease renewals with landlords
Maintain regular contact with Landlords and property developers and property agents
Work on market research & studies and market data collection
Other duties to be assigned by Head of Market Development and Senior Market Development Manager

Requirements:

2-3 years working experience preferably gained from sizable retailers or property developers
Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and general leasing procedures
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Ability to handle correspondence and work independently
Strong communication skills, self-motivated and hardworking
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
