Majesco is seeking an Oracle PL SQL Developer.

The developer will be responsible for the maintenance of Majesco Insurance Products. This requirement is for Policy products specifically. The developer will be responsible for maintaining the data module of these applications, which are in the Oracle code base.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• To support and maintain the existing Oracle code base, debug the application.
• To design database packages and procedures
• Database scripting and data verifications
• UTP and UT
• Perform Code Review, Performance Tuning
• QC support
• Functional expertise in modules
• Defect tracking.

Technical Skills 

• Functionality development / design implementation experience – Insurance functional domain experience is a big advantage
• Understanding the requirements and preparing technical function specification documents.
• Communicating with the client for gathering the requirements.
• Additional Important skills
• This is must. As most of our work is analysis based with data analysis and logical understanding of functional code
• Willingness to learn new tools / frameworks – Dev
