Digital Fulfilment Team Leader.Egypt-SMEs-NeoBiz.Retail Banking

To plan, lead, motivate, guide, monitor, and manage the fulfilment process for his assigned Team.

Manage and direct Fulfillment officers to achieve the preset target of successful fulfilment and funding volumes as well as service levels.

Review and analyze the fulfillment efficiency, also review the assigned applications and reassign them according to business needs, and geographical distributions.

Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the fulfillment team, including performance assessment and appraisal. 

Provide leadership and motivate all reporting staff.

Monitor, review fulfilment staff activity and provide guidance to develop/improve their skills & productivity.

Ensure achievement of set fulfilment and funding targets on an ongoing basis.

Provide on the job training to staff and encourage them to enhance their skills so as to provide quality service comparable to a world class organization.

Resolve complex customer complaints.

Ensure perfection in documentation preparation and policy adherence.

Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. documentation, client visits, call reports, and formal / informal market feedback to manage the portfolio effectively.

Develop and review processes to respond to customer’s needs and more specifically optimize processes to improve service and reduce costs.

To ensure adherence to product manuals to improve/maintain the quality of the business within acceptable limits.

Ensure fraud awareness, compliance programs, procedures & policies are adhered to all team members.

Identify and reward high performer’s staff.

Job holder must have 1 year of experience as Team leader/ Manager. 

Job holder shall preferably have with 3-4 years of experience in banking/fintech or shipping assignment in Egypt, with min 1 years in a managerial/supervision level.

Should be customer focused, and target oriented.

Good command in spoken and writing English and Arabic. 

Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage, lead, motivate, and monitor people. 

Leadership and management capabilities.

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
