As a CICD Test Automation Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our CD pipelines, as well as validating and deploying OCI Release Bundles. You will also be responsible for the designed of new test scenarios using R&D traffic simulators to support the CSF Common Test Framework as part of the CD delivery. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the seamless delivery of our products.

-Test the Nokia Continuous Delivery solution (NCD) to ensure its reliability and functionality.
- Create OCI Release Bundles for new releases, following best practices and incorporating necessary updates, enhancements, and fixes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure successful product deployment via NCD.
- Automate and optimize processes to streamline NCD solution testing and OCI release bundle creation, ensuring faster and more efficient workflows.
- Validate and verify the compatibility, reliability, and consistency of OCI Release Bundles across various environments.
- Continuously monitor and improve the CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability in deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve the issues of CD and OCI Release Bundles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CD, DevOps, and OCI to contribute innovative ideas and improvements.
- Contribute to developing and implementing deployment strategies, rollback mechanisms, and versioning control.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

 

You have:

 -Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 of experience as a CICD Test Automation Architect, with a strong focus on continuous delivery and testing.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and CaaS (Container-as-a-Service) platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a passion for automation and process improvement.
