About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Corporate Transformation team brings our purpose to life by fostering a diverse and ambitious team that champions innovative solutions to address the most critical challenges faced by our clients.
Requirements:
Must have a strong consulting background, either from a Big 4 firm or a project-oriented environment.
Experience in various aspects of finance transformation, particularly in large organisations.
Expertise in process improvement, finance function, and operating model design.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIMA, or CA.
A solid understanding of SAP, S/4HANA, organisational, and process design.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Defining finance strategies
Improving processes, planning, performance, and reporting
Leading and managing large-scale transformation projects
Implementing digital finance technologies and solutions
In our Finance Transformation team, your impact will be seen by:
Forming part of cross-functional project teams and collaborating with client stakeholders
Undertaking analysis, formulating insights, and delivering high-quality deliverables and outcomes
Helping clients define their finance strategies and improve processes through digital technologies
Developing high-quality project deliverables such as reports and models, and assisting with proposals and thought leadership input
