ROLE OVERVIEW
The Vice President, APAC & IMEA, will be responsible for operational and commercial excellence across the IMEA and APAC Market Units. This role is accountable for delivering growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while advancing Brink's global strategy and transformation agenda.

The successful candidate will lead operations and sales across multiple countries, drive regional performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s transformation to a global, center-led model. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a commercially driven people leader who can partner across functions and geographies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Owns revenue, growth, and profitability for APAC & IMEA.

Leads and executes strategic plans across countries in alignment with global objectives.

Drives transformation initiatives across APAC & IMEA to deliver operational efficiency and customer value.

Talent Development & Engagement
Builds, coaches, and develops high-performing teams.

Promotes a culture of accountability, diversity, and inclusion.

Aligns local talent strategies with enterprise goals.

Operational & Financial Accountability
Owns P&L for APAC & IMEA, managing both top-line growth and cost optimization.

Oversees resource allocation, investment decisions, and pricing strategies.

Drives margin improvement and cash flow optimization.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Acts as the voice of the customer in the region.

Builds strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Ensures exceptional customer service and market responsiveness.

Performance Management
Sets KPIs and manages performance in partnership with country leaders.

Fosters a performance-driven culture with a strong focus on outcomes.

Coaches Managing Directors to deliver country-level goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Leads regional forums and ensures alignment across commercial, operational, and support functions.

Partners with global teams to implement solutions tailored to local needs.

Drives synergy, standardization, and adoption of best practices.

Growth & Innovation
Identifies new growth opportunities and regional innovation initiatives.

Leads market assessments, including M&A exploration and commercial partnerships.

Champions continuous improvement and competitive differentiation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

10+ years of senior leadership experience in logistics or adjacent industries, with a strong track record in sales, operations, and P&L management.

Experience leading in a matrixed, multicultural, and international environment.

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated financial results, including revenue growth and profitability.

Proven success in building high-performing, engaged teams across geographies.

Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in complex and dynamic markets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
