Job Description

What's on your menu?

• Oversee the entire rider hiring process and Rider Hub Management
• Sharing the Rider Hiring Target with all cities on a monthly basis
• Monitoring Logistic Equipment Stocks and Inventory
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Managing the recruitment process
• Screening, interviewing candidates, and onboarding
• Managing recruitment metrics, KPI, and monthly reporting to the line manager

What do you bring to the table?

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in rider onboarding, operations, and management
• Experiences in using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel.
• Data-driven is a plus.
• High level of independence, self-confidence, and responsibility.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate ability to plan & execute projects (end-to-end process).
• Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized, and with the ability to multitask.
• Native fluency in Burmese is essential. Strong proficiency in English is also required.
