IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a 6-month Accounting Intern working in Supply Area South East Asia.

Job Description

Scope of assignment

• Expense management and payment processing.
  • Follow company procedures for travel expense claims, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
  • Perform simple bookkeeping tasks related to daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in invoice handling, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Asset Management Collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and record asset movements within the system.
• System Implementation Support
  • Offer limited support to the Accounting team during the implementation phases of new accounting systems.
• Ad-hoc Assignments
  • Fulfill other assignments as required by the supervisor, adapting to dynamic tasks to support team objectives.

Key deliverables

At the end of this internship, the intern will be equipped practical accounting knowledge and skills, understand some basics standard operating procedures in an SME.

Qualifications

• 3rd or last year student, who can provide Internship Recommendation letter from their University
• Good communication in English and proactive attitude
• Good computer skills, especially Excel and Word
• Good knowledge of finance, accounting or related fields
• Interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and Standard Operating Procedures

Practicalities

• Expected Internship Period: 6 months, starting from Oct 2025
• Details on time invested: full time, Monday - Friday
• Office location: Thisofic Tower, An Khanh ward, HCMC
• Monthly gross Internship allowance: VND 4,960,000
