The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare food hygienically, efficiently, and according to standard recipes, ensuring quality in taste, presentation, and portion.
- Assist in kitchen management and supervision, developing recipes and daily specials.
- Work across all kitchen areas as needed, upholding hotel conduct, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support with food requisitions, checking product quality at delivery, and maintaining organized workstations.
- Address food server requests to meet guest preferences.
- Where applicable, acts as shift leader; leads and motivates colleagues by example and promote teamwork.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
What You Bring:
- 24–5 years of experience in 5-star hotels or resorts, with a solid foundation in hospitality.
- Strong skills in English, math, and psychometric analysis, ensuring effective communication and attention to detail.
- Motivation for growth and development, with proven aptitude and a readiness for career advancement.
- Preferred background in Hospitality or Culinary education, enhancing both technical skills and industry knowledge.
