Key Responsibilities

• Managing communications and transactions with overseas suppliers
• Preparing detailed bills of materials with precision and accuracy
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sample completion
• Monitoring raw material stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
• Complying with internal process requirements to maintain operational efficiency

Knowledge And Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Management, or professional qualifications such as CIM 
• High IT literacy.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
• Communication and Negotiation skills
