Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify slot jackpots and payouts.
• Perform minor machine repairs and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns quickly and effectively.   
• Support and follow Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
• Promote outstanding guest relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
