Advanced Practice Provider - Neurosurgery - Inpatient

What you can expect at your practice:

• Full-time position; (3) 13s Day/Night schedule with rotating weekends
• Provide direct inpatient care for neurosurgery patients including pre- and post-operative management
• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the neurosurgery team
• Manage and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualificationsminimum Education:

• Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or
• Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required
• Masters Degree For Physician Assistant. Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Neonatal Advanced Life Support Certification Upon Hire Required

Courses And Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS and/or NALS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• For Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners. Upon Hire Required or
• For Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program. Upon Hire Required
