Job Description

1. To maintain area as per cGMP requirements.
2. To maintain the consumables required for batch activity
3. To Supervise manufacturing activity
4. To coordinate with cross functional team during batch and other activities
5. To issue Raw material, PPM, SPM, etc. required for batch processing.
6. To execute Buffer Preparation, Formulation of Bulk, Filtration, Filling activity.
7. Execution of operations of Autoclave, Filling and Closing Machine, sealing machine, filter integrity machine, glove leak tester, washer and extractor
8. To execute, supervise and Plan visual inspection activities of filled and sealed units.
9. To execute PV of equipments and timely completion of PV reports.
10. To perform SAP related activity in SAP system and QAMS activity

Work Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in handling of Manufacturing and Visual inspection activities.

Education

Graduation in PharmacyMasters in Pharmacy
