[LI] Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Job Description:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
  
• Support risk identification and assessment processes across different business units and functions.
  
• Analyze and evaluate risks using quantitative and qualitative methods, including risk modeling and scenario analysis.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  
• Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  
• Assist in conducting risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Provide support in the development and delivery of risk management training programs for
  employees.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting the
  organization.
  
• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management as assigned by the ERM
  team or management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in risk management, preferably within financial services or banking
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in risk assessment techniques, risk modelling, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with risk management software tools and platforms is a plus.
