The Role- Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on our AV & Platform Partner accounts, working closely with partners and customers to strengthen relationships, drive repeat business, and uncover new growth opportunities.

As part of both the Customer Success Team and the Sales Operations Team, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to ensure seamless communication and delivery across global AV and platform partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with AV & Platform Partners through onboarding, regular meetings, and post-event reviews.

Account Growth: Generate and present service quotes, expand opportunities within accounts, and strengthen engagement across partner networks.

Collaboration: Work closely with AV & Platform Partner Sales and Account Managers to align on growth strategies and ensure consistent customer communication.

Customer Support:
Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with Operations and Finance, ensuring smooth handovers and accurate invoicing.

Retention & Reactivation:
Support at-risk accounts and re-engage inactive partners in collaboration with Business Development Managers.

Insights & Outreach: Gather and share partner feedback, craft tailored communications, and lead outreach efforts to revive dormant relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Key Experiences And Competencies

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 
2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, ideally in Events, AV, SaaS, or Language Services.

Skills: Confident communicator (calls, meetings, negotiations), tech-savvy with CRM and collaboration tools, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Mindset: A natural relationship builder who is adaptable, positive, and eager to learn in a remote-first, global environment.
