An amazing journey of opportunity with an international team lies ahead - join us!As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Doppelgänger team, you will play a key role in driving HomeToGo’ssuccess by supporting the development of an exciting new strategic area for the company. You will work directly with the Partner and Product Teams to nurture a promising market and deliver maximum value for our partners and the organization.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends as well as supporting inthe development of a comprehensive sales strategy
- Identifying, negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel industry
- Collaborating closely with your partners to identify opportunities for improvements of optimization to maximize account potential and achieve growth objectives
- Monitoring your account performance, analyzing key metrics and generating reports to enable strategic decision-making and optimize client satisfaction and retention
- Working cross-functionally with teams such as Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure each stage of the partner journey is a smooth and positive experience
- Planning, executing and monitoring of key projects through data analysis, market research and effective collaboration within the company
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant account management and/or sales position, preferably within the digital sector
- Are a self-starter who is eager to develop professionally in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Are a team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and are able to communicate well with diverse stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization
- Possess very strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate numbers into actionable initiatives
- Are passionate about travel and want to contribute to a product that seeks to enhance the travel experience for all who utilize the HomeToGo platform
- High proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus
