Job Description
Are you passionate about financial crime compliance and ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a dynamic and team-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our fast-growing business line. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement - managing relationships, delivering high-quality compliance solutions, and supporting firms with expert advice.
You'll lead key projects including compliance monitoring assessments, policy and procedure reviews, and the creation of regulatory reports and manuals. As the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you'll ensure they receive market-leading support and guidance tailored to their needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You provide clear, responsive regulatory advice and tailored compliance solutions to clients
- You lead consulting engagements across financial crime topics like AML, market abuse, and anti-bribery and corruption
- You develop and implement policies, procedures, and monitoring programs, ensuring clients stay ahead of regulatory changes
- You conduct onsite compliance reviews, draft detailed reports, and contribute to thought leadership on emerging regulations
- You build strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor and first point of contact for ongoing compliance support.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Compliance or AML/KYC, ideally gained at leading consultancies or professional services firms such as ACA, Bovill, Big Four, or similar.
- Deep understanding of financial crime regulations, including FCA compliance and Money Laundering Regulations.
- Proven ability to deliver client advisory and monitoring work, with a practical approach to implementing regulatory solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
- Educational background in a relevant field (Bachelor’s or CISI Diploma), with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience across financial services sectors like asset management or banking.
