Job Description

Fresh Direct are currently recruiting for a Data & Systems Analyst to join the team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

The Data and Systems Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Fresh Direct’s customer data, account information, product details and codes, routing data, and delivery service information across multiple systems.

This position is central to supporting smooth day-to-day system operations, helping to minimise any potential disruptions to the business or our customers. The successful candidate will actively participate in new business calls and project meetings, using insights gained to coordinate and distribute tasks effectively within the team.

Key Accountabilities;

• Customer account set up process and maintaining any updates that is provided from Account Managers

• Product code set up process and maintaining any updates on codes that are provided by the Category team.

• Internal transaction analysis and investigations/reviews on discrepancies

• Inputting all routing data provided by transport in the system and ensuring it provides efficiency to the customer delivery service reports

• Maintaining Fourth, Procure Wizard, Epsys portal delivery day management, customer minimum order values and delivery profile updates

• FD online ordering portal and customer delivery day schedule management

• EDI order stuck investigations / B2B Lens investigations and finding route causes. Investigate and analyse on discrepancies, errors, and issues related to system data (e.g., EDI order issues, account setup errors, code setup errors or AOB)

• Implementing EDI partner changes in the system or new EDI linking without any impact to customers

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to analyse data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions 

• Portal investigations/any reports that are required related to customer data or product data for various stakeholders.  

• Working closely with the new business team to meet all requirements for new customer implementation and deadlines. 

You;

We are seeking a highly analytical individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with MS Excel and various database systems, as well as maintaining multiple systems simultaneously. Strong project management capabilities and an aptitude for solving problems through data and systems are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a solid understanding of the importance of organisation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional prioritisation skills, enabling them to manage competing priorities effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
