We're seeking a founding RevOps leader to architect our go‑to‑market (GTM) machine for insane speed and precision. This is an in‑person role based in San Francisco.
This is a rare opportunity to join early and build a function that you’ll eventually scale into a team.

What You’ll Own (And Iterate)
Systems Architecture: Design and implement the GTM data model and toolchain. Ensure clean objects, precise definitions, and eliminate data silos. Start with AI‑native approaches where appropriate.
Signal Integration: Aggregate first and third-party data into our stack. Automate routing, enforce SLAs, and handle deduplication flawlessly using rules plus LLM‑powered enrichment when it drives measurable lift.
Analytics Foundation: Create a single source of truth for pipeline and deal velocity metrics. Build dashboards that teams actually use and trust. Hold a high bar for data quality, latency, and safety across AI‑powered workflows.
Operational Cadence: Lead deal reviews, campaign retros, and partner pipelines with tight feedback loops and clear accountability. Collaborate with product and engineering to ship secure, reliable, and observable AI features that plug into the GTM stack.
AI Automation and Co‑Pilots: Build and deploy AI tools that automate repetitive RevOps tasks, enrich signals, score and route leads, draft outreach, summarize calls, and surface next‑best actions. Ship working prototypes quickly, evaluate with A/B tests and metrics, and productize what works.

Your Experience
5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at high‑growth B2B SaaS companies.
Proven track record owning the full GTM stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, attribution, BI) and improving funnel efficiency.
Hands‑on experience with AI in GTM contexts, for example:
Prompt and tool design for LLMs and agent workflows
Integrating AI with CRMs and data warehouses via APIs and webhooks
Shipping small services or scripts in Python/TypeScript to glue systems together

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $150K-$200K.
All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
