The Brand Marketing Intern supports the Brand Marketing team to effectively and efficiently deliver projects across multiple pillars—Advertising, Occasion Marketing, Product Launches, and Consumer Activation—by assisting with data reporting, competitor research, asset coordination, and creative development.
Job Description
REPORTING & DATA AGGREGATION
Collect and summarize media performance data, social listening insights, and campaign performance metrics using relevant tools and systems.
Support launch and post-launch reporting by compiling execution snapshots and data from multiple departments into a comprehensive presentation and review report.
MARKET & COMPETITOR RESEARCH
Assist in monthly competitor reporting by gathering news, campaign information, and product launch updates through research tools and in-market observations.
Manage quarterly shipments of competitor products for internal tasting and analysis.
PRODUCT & ASSET MANAGEMENT
Coordinate the shipping, tracking, and management of Red Bull products and POS tools delivered to external partners and events.
Support the shipment of prizes and promotional items for various campaigns.
Assist with prize item procurement, sample handling, and inventory management in collaboration with agency partners and internal teams.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to support the development of cartoon creative assets
Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese & English – spoken & written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel (basic formulas, charts), and PowerPoint (deck formatting)
Digital Literacy – comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms
Strong attention to detail
Time Management skills
