- Connect with Customers: Handle a high volume of calls š to warm, pre-qualified leads (#nocoldcalling) to understand each person's unique hearing needsĀ
- Match People to Solutions: Use your consultative superpowers to recommend the perfect hearing care optionsĀ
- Schedule Success: Coordinate appointments between customers and our network of awesome partner providers š©š¼āāļøĀ
- Be a Hearing Journey Guide: Support customers throughout their 45-day trial period, ensuring they're thrilled with their new hearing experienceĀ

What You'll NeedĀ
- Experience That Counts: 2+ years in consultative sales, customer service, or phone-based roles where you've helped people solve problemsĀ

- Tech Comfort: Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce) and basic digital toolsĀ
- Clear Communication: Knack for explaining things in simple, relatable ways that make customers go "Aha!"Ā
- Dedicated, Private Home Office Setup: Reliable internet (100Mbps+ download, 20Mbps+ upload) and ability to hardwire. Weāll provide the necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.) š»Ā

- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base rate of $26.80 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings in the first year are $70K; top performers earn $100K+ šøāÆāÆĀ
- Hybrid, Full-Time Schedule: With a mix of remote and in-office work, youāll have the opportunity to maximize your success. Work-life balance with predictable scheduling; 40 hours across 5 days per week. Must work minimum of two weekend shifts monthly. Company hours of operation 8AM-8PM. Ā
