• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI
• Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Permitting Specialist to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure every project is fully prepared and set up for success — from permits and materials to customer communication.

What You’Ll Do

• Manage Permitting: Submit, track, and follow up on permits with municipalities to keep projects compliant and on schedule.
• Oversee Purchasing: Process purchase orders, verify accuracy, and track materials to ensure everything is ready for installation.
• Customer Communication: Make and receive calls to confirm project details, provide updates, and answer customer questions.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with operations, sales, and installation teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records for permits, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Experience in purchasing, permitting, or project coordination (construction or remodeling experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable making calls to customers, vendors, and municipalities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Competitive pay starting at $20/hour.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
