The Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale is in search of a dynamic leader to join the team as Residence Club Front Office Assistant Manager. This position will be primarily focused on the Front Desk and Guest Services operations of the Residence Club assisting Four Seasons Residence Club owners and guests. You will be a point of contact for day-to-day operational needs, including answering basic questions pertaining to the Four Seasons interval and fractional ownership, and maintaining their experience at the highest satisfactory level.
What you will do
- Manages the front desk and guest services employees
- Interviews, trains, and schedules the staff and conducts Performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed
- Coordinates arrivals, departures, and billing requirements for various reservation types; Owner Usage time, Exchanger/Renter stays, and Group overflow... etc.
- Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed
- Assist Owner Services team with flexible room blocking process and ensure any discrepancies are resolved
- Drive the product and service quality of the Residence Club operation to its highest potential
- Actively communicate with Owner Services, RC housekeeping, Ocotillo Grill, as well as Resort operational team for residence club employees and owners/guests has most up to date information
- Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well-being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available
- As Residence Club Manager on Duty, assist with other duties and task in the other departments in the Resident Club when needed
What You Bring
- The ability to manage, coach, counsel hourly staff in the Front Office department; Residence Club Front Desk Supervisor, Front desk agents and Guest Services attendants.
- Previous hotel/resort experience required or similar previous position in management
- Luxury hotel/resort experience preferred
- Experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shifts
