About the Role

As a Client Lead in our Customer Growth team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and expanding relationships with consumer brands. Drawing on your deep sector expertise, you’ll partner with clients to translate CommBank iQ’s transaction analytics into clear, actionable insights that embed within their operations and accelerate commercial growth. You’ll be instrumental in helping consumer brands transform how they operate in a rapidly evolving market—developing trusted relationships, embedding our solutions, and driving revenue growth by demonstrating the tangible value our insights deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to consumer brands clients

  • Independently manage a portfolio of small to medium clients

  • Support Associate Directors with enterprise-level accounts

  • Lead engagement sessions on consumer spending, market trends, and AI applications

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Drive commercial outcomes through solution embedment and relationship expansion

  • Identify and convert opportunities across core and custom solutions

  • Manage the full business development cycle

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Translate client challenges into actionable scopes

  • Ensure successful implementation and optimisation of CommBank iQ solutions

  • Represent the “voice of the customer” in product forums

Operational Excellence

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Contribute to scalable frameworks and best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Direct experience in retail, FMCG, or travel sectors

  • Proven B2B client relationship management

  • Experience with consumer insights, analytics, or data solutions

  • Demonstrated success in business development and account growth

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
