Summary:  As an intern in optics department you will be involved in designing and testing of optical systems for automotive applications. You will have opportunity to work on various aspects of optical system development like lens design, optical performance evaluation, optical testing etc. This experience will give you good exposure to latest technologies used in automotive industry as well as provide valuable insights into working of optical systems.

Responsibilities:  • Understand the requirements of optical systems for different automotive applications
• Learn to use software tools for optical design and analysis
• Assist in designing and developing optical systems using appropriate materials and components
• Perform tests on optical systems to evaluate their performance
• Document the results of your work clearly and concisely

Qualification:  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optics or related field
• Strong interest in Optics and its application in Automotive domain
• Basic knowledge of Optical design principles and methods
• Good hands-on skills with basic laboratory equipment and tools
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
