This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical aspects of product lifecycle management at GSK Pakistan. You will ensure products are delivered and maintained to the highest standards of quality and robustness. Collaborating across teams, you’ll drive innovation, solve challenges, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
Lead technical governance for assigned products, ensuring robust product control strategies are in place.
Manage new product introductions (NPI) and ensure timely, high-quality launches.
Conduct technical risk assessments to identify and manage critical quality attributes (CQAs) and process parameters (CPPs).
Support root cause analysis for product or process issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness and technical capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
Qualifications/Skills
Basic:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in product development or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and technical risk management.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret scientific data to support decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
Preferred:
Experience in technology transfer and product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of process chemistry, analytical development, and process engineering.
Familiarity with statistical tools like process capability, control charts, and design of experiments (DoE).
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
Proficiency in English and local languages.
