Responsibilities:

• 维修计划制定
为确保生产设备安全、正常运行，制定月保养及年度大修计划。
• 维修成本控制
为降低维修成本，提高预防性维修水平，监控备品备件的更新与设备维修质量。
• 设备预防保养制度的推动
为预防设备的非计划性停机，实施设备的预防保养及状态检测，以保证设备的安全运行及降低设备的故障停机时间。
• 协助生产部门改善设备
为提高生产效率和产品质量，协助生产部门对设备进行技术改造。
• 员工的管理与培训
为提高员工的综合素质水平，建立员工管理制度与培训计划。
• 备品备件的规格审核
为控制维修成本，提高设备的使用效率，对备品备件采购的规格进行审核。
• 安全管理
为保障安全的维修环境，组织识别本部门危险源，制定和执行安全环保防护措施。
