The Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Experience Specialist to join our Perth DFO team! In this role, you’ll help create an exceptional in-store experience, delivering personalised service, offering styling advice, and making every customer feel welcome. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your people skills and attention to detail shine. From helping customers find the perfect piece to managing stock and maintaining beautiful displays, your impact will be felt throughout the store.

This is a casual position, where you will need availability across both weekdays and weekends.

You’ll excel in this role if you have:

Deliver personalised, one-on-one service by assisting clients with product selection and styling advice to create memorable shopping experiences
Develop expert knowledge of our premium Ready-to-Wear and accessories to provide tailored and insightful recommendations
Drive sales by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and consistently meeting targets
Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising in line with Oroton’s high standards
Collaborate with the store leadership team to foster a positive, high-performing environment and support styling standards implementation
