- Collaborate with IT, clinical, billing, and administrative teams to facilitate seamless integration between EMRs, practice management platforms, RCM systems, data warehouses, and identity management solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clinical, operational, and billing teams to maximize adoption and proper utilization of both clinical and financial systems.
- Serve as a resource for end-users across clinical and revenue cycle functions, addressing questions and providing guidance on system functionality and workflows.
- Act as the first line of support for both clinical and RCM systems, triaging issues and collaborating with IT, billing teams, and vendors for timely resolution.
- Document and track user feedback, system issues, and enhancement requests for both clinical and financial platforms.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for system enhancements and workflow efficiencies spanning patient care and revenue cycle processes.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features, updates, and integrations for clinical and RCM systems.
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring all systems adhere to HIPAA, HITRUST, payer requirements, and other healthcare regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, payer guidelines, and regulatory requirements impacting oncology operations.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and ongoing collaboration.
- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes that impact clinical and revenue cycle offerings.
- Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

- Proven experience managing healthcare product implementations, including both clinical solutions (EMR, Practice Management) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems.
- Skilled in end user training and support to drive effective adoption and optimize clinical, administrative, and financial workflows.
- Hands on knowledge of RCM tools and processes, including billing, claims processing, patient collections, and insurance verification.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively educate and support diverse audiences.
