Job Description:

Women’s Basketball Student Employees provide program support on a daily basis, including practice, gameday, and offseason duties. Student Employees will learn the importance of teamwork and preparation, and will provide hands-on assistance to program staff.

• Job Responsibilities: 
• -Assist with practice and gameday set-up
• -Assist with drills and workouts, including clock operation
• -Assist with equipment inventory and equipment laundry 
• -Various game-day duties as assigned
• -General office administration
• -Other duties as assigned, which may or may not include some travel
• -Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies
• Required Skills:
• -Some experience with basketball skills
• -Professional manner and appropriate attire are required at all times
• -Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00
• -Availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends
• -Detail-oriented and organized
• -Able to self-motivate
