Job Description: 

• Provide individualized or small group instruction in STEAM subjects.
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Support students in developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Use educational tools, technology, and platforms to enhance learning. Collaborate with other educators and staff to align with curriculum standards.
• Encourage curiosity, innovation, and teamwork through project-based learning
• General Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Transformation Waco’s Outreach Coordinator regarding specific Program operations/needs.
• Ensure upkeep of STEAM program property and equipment. Maintain a working knowledge of how to utilize all relevant STEAM  property and equipment.
• Work closely with Transformation Waco’s  Outreach Coordinator to retain organized and accurate records and assist in record maintenance as instructed.
• Attend required meetings, training and other events as instructed within work hours.

• Provide support and assistance in a respective area of community service  
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to community service  
• Provide excellent customer service to constituents  
• Utilize available resources to perform duties accordingly  
• Serve to enhance outreach for the greater Waco community  
• Must be federal work study eligible
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
