Work Schedule: 10hrs per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm 

Desired Length of Employment: Fall 2025 and Spring 2026

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Job Description:

  • 1. Support particular staff as assigned (e.g., Program Coordinator, Program Manager)
  • 2. Support communications to support programs 
  • 3. Assist with program documents, timelines, and record management system through editing,   updating, and tracking training 
  • 4. Support data collection
  • 5. Coordinating translation of materials into language(s) other than English, as needed 
  • 6. Organize and schedule meetings and events 
  • 7. Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission 
  • 8. Ability to comply with university policies 
  • 9. Maintain regular and punctual attendance 
  • 10. Ability to work independently with some supervision 
  • 11. Possess reliable transportation due to office located downtown
  • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients  
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
  • Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
  • Ability to comply with University policies  
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
