Job Duties:
Conduct promotion and sales initiatives to grow sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into purchase orders. Execute the sales strategy for MAN solutions across diverse markets, managing multi-regional teams to support business development and customer acquisition. Create client-focused sales presentations that address specific customer needs and clearly communicate value propositions, enabling the sales team to win new clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the process to ensure timely delivery of customer proposals and closing of deals. Partner with internal colleagues to proactively identify and develop strategic projects, nurturing them through the pipeline to support sales objectives and market expansion. Develop and update information on product features to present to customers addressing their needs and requirements Consult with clients, deliver focused presentations to client, and gather technical specifications and client requirements. Regularly engage with clients and decision-makers to influence buying decisions, negotiate contracts, and acquire new clients. Align regional sales activities with revenue targets and KPIs set by the company. Analyze sales data and monitor customer preferences to manage opportunities and forecast sales. Collect & communicate market intelligence/competitor activities. Support the marketing department with market data/information. Support after-sales efforts to strengthen client retention and repeat business. Travel requirement is 45% domestic and 5% international. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Regional Sales Director-related occupation.
