• Oversee the performance and development of the Data Architect team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with Bina Nusantara goals.
• Define and lead the execution of the overall data architecture strategy, ensuring it aligns with Bina Nusantara’s business objectives and industry standards.
• Guide the design and maintenance of data models that accurately reflect complex business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Ensure the development and implementation of robust database schemas that guarantee high performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the data mesh, ensuring a decentralized architecture that supports scalable and efficient data management.
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and strategic direction of data products, ensuring they meet organizational needs and drive business value.
• Lead initiatives to maintain high data quality and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the DBA, Data Engineer, and IT AT teams to ensure effective implementation of data architecture solutions and alignment with Bina Nusantara standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and expansion of the business glossary to ensure consistent and accurate data terminology across the Bina Nusantara Business Units and Divisions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data architecture and drive their adoption within the organization to enhance data management capabilities.

• Provide strategic input during project planning sessions, ensuring that data architecture requirements, timelines, and resources are effectively aligned with business goals.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data architecture solutions, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assess and incorporate new data architecture technologies that provide competitive advantages or efficiency gains for the Bina Nusantara.
• Promote data literacy across departments by collaborating with all Bina Nusantara Business Units and Divisions to ensure that data architecture and related processes are well understood and effectively utilized throughout the organization.
• Management Support Activities:
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

·Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, or other major related to Data Science (e.g., Math, Statistics, Information System)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or

• Minimum 4 years working experience in Information Technology, particularly in database and application

• Proven experience in SQL programming, data warehousing (DWH), Big Data technologies, and data analytics, with hands-on expertise in implementing and maintaining complex data architectures

Special Skills/ Certification :

• Database Management System (DBMS)

• Data Modeling & Business Intelligence Tools

• Web Services Administration (system and application)

• Data Mesh Architectures
