POSITION SUMMARY:

The Art Director is responsible to develop the visual direction and execution of Marketing and Brand Communication concepts for Melco properties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the visual direction and execution of Marketing + Brand Communication concepts for City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira integrated resorts.
• Supervise a team of Graphic and Multimedia Designers to ensure the quality and consistency of the creative work.
• A manager-doer role rather than just an overseer, the Art Director also backs up the team in creative execution to ensure the best possible creative outcome.
• Assist with Marketing and Media events, including attending events, overseeing photoshoots and video shoots as needed.
• Communicate with various departments to understand their design needs for various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury or hospitality industry, advertising or digital agencies.

Education

• Diploma or Degree (or higher) in Advertising, Graphic Design or related disciplines.

Skills / Competencies

• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites. Optional: knowledge in Generative AI tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team of creative personnel.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different media.
• Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining high aesthetic standards
