Executive Recruiter

Future Open Technology Group, a leading financial services company, is seeking a talented Executive Recruiter to join our team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top executive talent that aligns with the company's goals and values. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify requirements, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and attract executive-level candidates through various channels, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and finalizing employment agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and hiring processes in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of executive search techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its talent landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
