Job Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in re- engaging previous customers and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to contact previous customers, persuasively communicate the benefits of our services, and convert them back to utilizing our gas services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the
ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage previous customers via phone and email, highlighting the value and benefits of our gas services, and encouraging them to resume using
our services.
● Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and drive conversions.
● Achieve and maintain a minimum of 20 calls per hour, ensuring a consistent outreach effort.
● Prepare and submit daily reports to the Sales Manager, providing updates on customer interactions, conversions, and any other relevant information
using Excel.
● Update and maintain lead spreadsheets/CRM with accurate customer data, ensuring effective tracking and management of potential opportunities.
● Handle administrative tasks as required to support the sales process.
Requirements
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively and communicate the value of our services.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Outbound Sales Executive, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
● Clear and neutral accent, with the ability to communicate fluently and convincingly.
● Background in the gas or utility industry is a plus, providing a strong understanding of customer needs and industry-specific knowledge.
● Possess a positive disposition, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to identify proactively and seize opportunities.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
● Self-motivated, driven, and effective in achieving sales goals.
● Reliable internet connection for seamless communication and remote work.
