Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Partner Success Manager to lead and nurture relationships with our key partners in the app ecosystem—helping developers and publishers grow, monetize, and retain their users.


You’ll be the primary point of contact for strategic partners, driving engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that our solutions deliver real results. This role is perfect for someone who has worked closely with apps, adtech platforms, ad networks, and thrives on building trust, solving problems, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management – Act as the primary liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships with app partners.
  • Strategic Growth Planning – Develop joint business plans with partners to expand adoption of our services and app growth strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, usage data, and revenue metrics to proactively optimize results.
  • Onboarding & Enablement – Lead partners through onboarding, training, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver on partner needs.
  • Renewals & Retention – Own the renewal cycle and implement strategies to maximize partner lifetime value.
  • Issue Resolution – Serve as the escalation point for operational, technical, or commercial challenges, driving swift resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years in Partner Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Account Management.
  • App/Tech Knowledge: Prior work with apps, adtech platforms, ad networks is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of revenue drivers, app monetization, and partner P&L impact.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) for tracking partner success metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively.
