Job Overview
We’re seeking a Product and UX/UI Manager to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, user-friendly app experiences that balance business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and launch. This role is perfect for someone who’s successfully built and scaled apps, blending product strategy with hands-on UX/UI execution.

Key Responsibilities
● Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define vision, priorities, and roadmap aligned with app growth objectives.
● User Experience Leadership – Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging app interfaces.
● UX/UI Design Execution – Manage wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for seamless usability.
● Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to bring concepts to life.
● User Research & Testing – Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability studies to validate design decisions.
● Performance Tracking – Define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and iterate for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience
● Proven Experience: 5+ years in Product Management and UX/UI roles (apps or SaaS preferred).
● Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
● Product Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana for project tracking.
● Methodologies: Solid grasp of Agile, Lean UX, and Design Thinking frameworks.
● Portfolio: Examples of successful B2B or B2C app products with measurable results.
● Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making ability.
