Catalyx is seeking a Vision Systems Engineer to support packaging initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be on updating and maintaining vision files and libraries. The ideal candidate will have experience with camera systems (preferably Cognex D900s) and serialization tools, with a preference for experience using Systech.

Key Responsibilities:

· Update and maintain vision system files and libraries.

· Ensure accurate and efficient operation of vision systems in packaging lines.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support packaging requirements.

· Provide remote support with occasional on-site visits as required.

· Assist with vision system troubleshooting and upgrades as needed.

· Support serialization implementation, preferably using Systech platforms.

Requirements

· Experience working with industrial vision systems, especially Cognex D900 cameras.

· Familiarity with Chinese character sets in vision applications.

· Understanding of packaging processes and vision integration.

· Experience with serialization technologies (Systech preferred).

· Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience in pharmaceutical or regulated packaging environments.

· Knowledge of international packaging compliance, particularly for the Chinese market.
