What’s the role?

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for delivering strategic performance insights and driving continuous improvement across our Retail Banking business. You’ll lead the performance management function for the Retail banking finance support, development of financial models, enhance reporting and forecasting processes, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and transformation initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible working arrangements available.

What do I need?

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a passion for data-driven decision-making. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in banking or financial services, with a background in business partnering and transformation.
  • CA or CPA qualification, and advanced financial modelling capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and proven experience in delivering to tight deadlines.
