What’s the role?

As a Finance Manager in the Customer Enablement and Engagement Finance team, you’ll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across our Retail Banking business. You’ll lead the development of financial models, enhance month reporting and forecasting processes, and collaborate with teams across Finance, Group, and Consumer to drive performance and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with flexible working arrangements available.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who brings strong analytical capability, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improvement. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in banking, audit, or treasury, with a solid understanding of financial services.
  • CA or CPA qualification (or working towards it).
  • Strong data and modelling skills, with proficiency in tools like TM1 and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • A sense of curiosity to challenge the status quo, and growth mindset to approach ambiguous challenges.
