Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance professional to join our growing team.

Working as part of the Compliance Team to ensure regulatory requirements. 

What will you be doing?

• Work with compliance team to maintain regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and review all developments within the regulatory environment of the business.
• Ensure Compliance with Gaming Legislative Requirements.
• Maintain all internal company Policies and requirements for the purpose of ensuring that theses comply with the conditions of the license.
• Draft and update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance
• Administration of licensing application & maintenance
• Liaising with all Regulatory bodies on all Compliance matters
• Review audit results ensuring that failures are acted upon by relevant parties and remedial action is taken
• Working in areas such as AML, RG, Gambling License and Legislation, Advertising, Data Protection etc.
• Assist CS Team with guidance and work with the Training Team to help develop the quality training programs in relation to RG, AML & Security
• Ensure all reporting is submitted to the relevant gaming authorities
• Assist will all ongoing compliance requirements
• Be able to attend gaming compliance related seminars

Who are you?

• Fluency in both written and oral English (Swedish is a plus).
• Must have at least 1 year working experience in iGaming.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations specifically SGA, MGA, Ontario.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to draft & update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, approach to working in a dynamic, complex and often hectic environment.
• Operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and confidentiality, acting in the best interest of the business at all times.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, effectively prioritise and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.
