Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Texo – Thulhriya team as a senior executive sales and marketing! This role would enable you to manage sales and marketing activities while following up on production orders and collaborate with the planning and quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and achieve the monthly sales ensuring the success of the organization by effectively managing sales & marketing activities and achieving key performance metrics.
• Effectively communicate with the customers about their issues and providing relevant suggestions and solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers through clear communication, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure that products meet customer needs and achieve the on-time delivery to the customers.
• Request and follow up the process of raw material (greige) ordering of the right quality and quantity through the sourcing team which meets the customer requirements.
• Generating order status reports on a daily basis and following up on production orders to be delivered in line with the dates committed by closely coordinating with internal Planning, Production, Quality Assurance and Commercial & Logistics teams.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team to get feedback for complaints received for bulk orders shipped and to promptly advise the replacement dates.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity in Apparel industry
• Degree in Business Management or Marketing from a recognized institute 
• Good understanding of the business and its stakeholders
• Intermediate or advance in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
• Good Analytical, Inter-personal & Communication Skills
