Social Media Senior Associate

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Social Media Senior Associate (Videographer) to join the Corporate Communications team at our Downtown Indianapolis location. 

The goal of Social Media at IU Health is to inspire trust in and increase awareness of the highly-skilled, compassionate healthcare provided at IU Health and Riley Children’s Health. This role will focus on developing video content for social media channels primarily focused on the patients and people of Riley Children’s Health. The ideal candidate should be interested in exploring and testing emerging social media platforms, staying well-informed on the latest trends and innovations in the digital landscape. Contributes to IU Health Social Media to help better the organization's reputation and brand awareness through social media channel management and news delivery. Assists with real-time community management, content publishing and news showcasing. Maintains an ongoing knowledge of social media tools and channels, current events and news.

• • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field required. 
• •3-5+  years of relevant experience required. News media experience a plus. 
• • Knowledge of social media platforms and customer service skills required. 
• • Knowledge of analytics and publishing tools, content, and visual management systems helpful.
