Purpose of the role 

We’re looking for a Product Communication Specialist to turn complex insurance product information into clear, engaging, and compliant communications for customers, advisors, and internal teams. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure accurate, SEO-friendly product content across digital channels, PDSs, and other regulated materials. This role covers the full policy lifecycle, supporting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness across Youi’s product suite.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

Qualifications – Degree in Communications; 5+ years in insurance product/portfolio roles (general insurance preferred).
Experience & knowledge – Strong technical understanding of the policy lifecycle, market, and regulations; communication, agile, and project experience; commercially minded.
Skills & qualities – Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, customer focus, analytical/problem-solving ability, integrity, and attention to detail; able to manage time, prioritise, and take on special projects.
