We are currently looking for an energetic, service oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Group Sales Manager!

The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for but not limited to solicitation and negotiation with all accounts as assigned that will generate group business from corporate meetings and groups. The position will pro-actively manage all aspects of sales cycle with prospects: executive contact, presentations, commercial proposals, and responses.

Salary: $90K-$95K, plus Bonus potential up to 25% of annual salary, including commission and other milestones achieved

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years previous sales experience in a luxury resort/hotel.
  • Practice superior sales skills that result in closing of sales and ensures building/maintaining of professional business relations.
  • Proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and the Internet.
  • A flexible schedule is required.
  • The individual should have solid knowledge of Delphi and the ability to understand booking guidelines, and rate parameters.
