Are you ready to make a significant impact in the energy sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst in our Brisbane team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll manage the workflow of customer pricing requests across diverse markets including Commercial & Industrial Electricity, Gas and SME while collaborating closely with our dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for the numerate and analytical, who strive for detailed knowledge and understanding in a critical component of the business.

With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:

Respond to pricing requests and maintain pricing models.

Prepare and verify pricing using in-house tools and models.

Review and amend offerings to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Vetting price requests to ensure economic benefit and liaising with the trading team.

Maintain compliance by updating regulatory and pricing-related information.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

Excellent attention to detail;

Ability to perform under pressure and deliver commercially sound outcomes; and

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge or experience with the National Electricity Market (NEM) is desirable but not essential;

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Visual Basic Application (VBA) /SQL would be highly regarded;

Excellent organisational skills and time management.
