In our internship program you will be responsible for supporting your assigned team with a variety of projects and administrative work. No coffee runners work here in the summer, you will do real work that you can add to your resume once you have completed this program. For our top performing interns, this program is our pipeline for many of our entry level full-time positions.

As a Risk Analytics Intern, you will…

• Assist in the development and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports to monitor enterprise-wide risk exposure.
• Analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other risk metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks.
• Support the Archer GRC platform by maintaining data integrity and assisting with configuration and reporting enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to support risk monitoring and committee reporting.
• Help prepare materials for Risk Committee meetings, including visualizations and summaries of risk insights.
• Collaborate with ERM team members to improve data quality, reporting processes, and risk documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to risk data management and reporting workflows.
• Update and create department training materials, including procedures, job aids, and templates.
• The goal is that you will take what you have learned in your course work, apply it to your projects and then implement those solutions or recommendations. 
• Have both a manager and mentor to help guide your through our program and your day-to-day work. 
• Be given the opportunity to deliver a final presentation of your project/s results and make business recommendations to your department, team members and Company leadership.

Requirements

What we are looking for…

• Have completed at least your sophomore year of college. Graduates are welcome to apply as well.
• Preferred majors: Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or other data tools is a plus.
• Exhibit these core disciplines: Teamwork, Communication, Critical Thinking, Integrity, Self-Discipline, and Adaptability.
